Store Policy

Policy for Appointment reservations and cancellations

 

  • ALL appointments must be booked ONLINE at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment date and time with a paid deposit. Failure to book your appointment online will result in a $5 manual entry fee in addition to the price of your service.

  • Appointments made on dates other than scheduled booking days will be subject to a $25 fee.

  • Clients must make a deposit (50% of their total service cost) to hold an appointment; products, such as customized wigs and bundles must be paid in full at check-out. 

  • In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a deposit refund.

  • After two (2) appointment cancellations, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.

  • If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded and will be deemed INELIGABLE to transfer for future appointments.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Late Policy

  • Each client is given a 15-minute grace period.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $20 fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Additional policies

  • When arriving to your appointment, your hair should be freshly washed and completely dry. If you need me to provide this service (wash and blow dry), it is available for an additional $35, which will be added to your total service cost if your hair is not washed prior to your scheduled service. 

  • Home visits are not available; you must come to me. 

  • ANY issues with your install/service must be reported within 48 hours of the service date. Any issues presented past 48 hours are not liable by the stylist and will require additional payment.

Acceptable Payment Methods

  • For deposits: Credit/debit card payments or PayPal

  • For remaining balance to be paid in-person at time of service: Cash or PayPal
