Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit, you need to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. After 24 hours, your deposit will not be transferable to your new appointment. No-shows will be charged for the full service cost. A late grace period of 15 minutes is allowed before the service is considered cancelled/no-show, and thus a full service cost will be applied and charged.
