Thank you for your interest in personal training sessions. Sessions are $50 per session
Sessions typically last 1hr but may go over occasionally
You will receive a mock meal plan, a healthy eating food guide, nutritional support with supplemental recommendations , motivation, weekly weigh ins with progress photos
You will learn healthy eating habits, machine, body weight and free weight exercises, how to track calories, etc
Scheduling is done month to month
You may schedule 1-5 sessions per week
